I have a Regency Luxury Bath Shower Mixer and when I take a shower, the hot water also runs out from the tap beneath and I have lost water pressure.  I don't know how to access the seal.  Can you help?

So much for "tap-advice".  May have to refer my query to real experts.

Try http://www.bristan.com/epages/Bristan.sf/en_GB/?ObjectPath=/Shops/Bristan/Products/%22R%20LBSM%20C%22#spares as it's a Bristan product.
