Hmm cam be difficult, first can you get access via laying down at the end of the bath head as close to the wall as possible and stretching your arm to reach the connection on both the hot and cold sides.
If you cant ouch its bath out time.
If you then buy a good quality tap spanner that will do the trick.
First remove the overflow outlet A, gives you light B,you will not scrape your hands getting to the tap connector that is furthest away.
Make sure that you are armed with new fiber washers as these always need changing.
Then loosen the lock nuts closest to the rim of the bath next undo the tap connector closest to you, then the other side, undo the lock nuts all the way " do not drop these as invaribly they will go under the floor boards"

then you are ready to remove and replace the taps.
It is always wise to use gaffer tape to tape the taps to the bath as it has been known that whilst being jammed under the bath and undoing the lock nuts the brassware they fall in the bath damaging it.
Having to buy a new bath after struggling for a couple of hours to remove the taps with out having to take the bath out in my opinion is generally very embarrasing and your wife will generally say those fatefull words, "I knew we should have just called a plumber".
